	http://www.orc.org/ Could be happening in Plymouth as soon as April and also Poole this year, could the RORC dominance with IRC be coming to an end?

	We have done some events and scoring in Scandinavia using ORC, and time on distance, which seems to work well for longer distance races. There are also time on time options ORC is based on VPP
