Odyssey inflatable dinghies

   Hi there, I'm looking for information on odyssey dinghies. I acquired a ten foot, wood slatted floor inflatable with the word 'Odyssey' on its side. It's actually a great wee dinghy although the previous owner only ever used her with an outboard. 
Since I got the dinghy I used it with the oars and during a night of strong winds the oars disappeared after the dinghy flipped over. Thankfully the outboard was not on it at the time.
I went to our local chandlery only to discover they don't hold the oars or the rowlocks and In Fact don't even know how to source them. I've tried myself on line but I'm having no luck.
Because the rowlocks are an integral part of the dinghy, I can't just use any off the shelve oars and make them fit. 
The rowlocks seat, on the dinghy, is 28mm deep and 12mm across.
Does anyone have any idea where I can locate and buy the original rowlocks or if there is something I can do to 'make do'.
It's actually a case of not being able to use the dinghy if I cannot get the rowlocks.
I'd be grateful for any input or if you have solved a similar problem I be forever in your debt!
