Grumpf couldn't a man of your blatant intelligence design some king of rubber/polythene mat for you to slide the boat into the water with instead??

years of wind waffing your arms and
shoulders should of been up to it

Alternatively why didnt he just leave his trolley at the waters edge? In that position I would have launched the boat in minimum water and while holding the boat pushed the trolley a couple of feet up the beach so that it was easily grababble upon my return. The tide doesnt exactly go up and down much over in Kent.

Here's a nice Friday afternoon snippet - six RS100s loaded for delivery to Switzerland.

They could have an event next weekend!

[QUOTE=G.R.F.]Ladies.. It's just a boat.

Listening to you lot whining.

Think I'll ram it up the beach full tilt just for the hell of it next time.

Anyway the story, as it happens, it was an afternoon hyperskive, no one
about, so the choice was either:

Take it in the water to get it off the trailer leave it while I take the trailer
up the beach, cos the tide was coming in, or take it off the trailer near the
water then slide it in.

It's going to get scratched sooner or later so just a question of dealing
with it mentally.

Not really a boat that you can leave in the water, it falls straight over
which would then have been even worse in the shorebreak, even small
waves have a lot of power.

What is worse though is some muppet turning up but rather than help get
the mobile out and start taking pictures..[/QUOTE

No whining here just amazment that someone could do that to a boat. But its your boat so you can do whatever you want with it. Just dont expect to sell it easily in the future. I think 123 is a marked boat now in more ways than 1.

By the way theres 'scratched' and theres 'trashed'.

Have fun on the beach this weekend.

Cheers, Keith..

iv only just looked at this thread for the first time in a
week and i have to say im completely amazed at the lack of
care being shown to a BRAND NEW, straight off the
production line boat.

Im amazed, take it off him

It is with regret that I have just placed my 100 up for
sale in the classified section of this website.

I'm not going to give it away but if you know some one that
wants to avoid the waiting list and save a bit of money
then pass the word.

Cheers
