If there's not a date clash, I'd be available as a crew. whilst I currently weigh down the front of a b14 (not mine, helm isn't interested in this) I have in the dim and sistant done trapezing and even used symmetrics. I'm not lightweight, but most definitely up for a laugh.

You could be a mark of the course if you like.. Wear something fluoro and don't move about too much LOL

It'll be like watching the kids in Cadets when the helm uses his/her elbow on their mainsheet arm to lock the little one down in the front to keep them hiking properly. LOL

13/14 October is what I am thinking!

Should not be too bad for Graeme's arthritis as it will, hopefully, not be too cold.  My diary is chocka with events before and after that date.  There is also a better chance of finding a host club for the event then.

Views please!  If the majority would like a different date I am still happy to get things organised but am unlikely to be there for this year's event  Cry

Rodney, Sunday 14th October is Visitor's Day/Top Club at Chew, so they may be able to host without any extra effort. The downside is that on the Saturday there is a 200 open, so that might scupper things unless they are willing to share a course.

Just back from the gym, trainer assures me I'll be match fit for mid October, looks like the Icon as the weight is falling off, strange because isn't muscle supposed to weigh more than fat? Would it be ok if my trainer comes along to check out any gaps in my fitness (unlikely) ready for round two. What about my crew I hear you asking, don't worry, in her prime.
