Well the day dawns, almost. I am sorry that I will not be there but my nurse needs a day off and there is not a trailer made that is strong enough to transport my Solo. I am sure that you will all have a jolly time. But.....please treat it as a wedding or some other occaision that brings a large family together. All family members anticipate the event with enthusiasim but that enthusiasim creates stress and that stress bubbles over into violence when Uncle Jack (after a few pints) calls Uncle Wills wife ugly. Eyes are blacked, blood is drawn and the local police cells are full. Please do not over excite yourselves!
Now to the important news. A representative of mine (or me in a false wig) will have a doping caravan parked at the back of the clubhouse. All sorts of goodies will be available from amphetamines to steroids. My particular speciality is blood for doping. If you wish to transfuse your blood please arrive early as we do not care to rush this operation. A wide variety of blood will be available taken from a selection of celebrities. Lance Armstrongs blood is proving particularly popular as it contains no additives (other than the ones added by himself). There are limited quantities of Ben Ainslie but in view of recent allegations we have withdrawn Jimmy Saville. For Finn sailors vintage Cyril Smith could do the trick and I would recomend Paul Daniels to GRF....he may need the magic. Have a great time and may the best woman oblierate you all. |

Well i must be lucky as my new spare trailer wheel turned up this morning so at least now i have a spare and all i got to do is pack the van in the morning before i set off its looking cold on sat night dropping down to 4 degress so glad i got my pikey van and not one of those tent things

Indeed i am so glad i got my van finished inside well finished as in i have not put the carpet on it yet but i am sure it will be warmer than a tent

I am so outraged that you have not predicted my superiority that I am not coming!
*flounces off shaking new hairdo* but the truth of it is that I have popped my shoulder for the umpteenth time before a crucial event (the last time was during the contender worlds in 2008, before that during the 470 worlds etc etc) these key races seem to throw a jinx over me. I had it x rayed this morning and it is back in its scoket, but the muscles are shredded. More physio. Never mind, I have gifted y'all this one, wait till next year. |
