crew!!

   yeah unfortunatly i didnt get to do as much posting 2day as driving round the essex countryside insearch of boat then ali pali, and school fotos arent know for high posting counts.

	someone who you can get on with is most important, the next thing is you have to be able to read eachother, the best crews do not need to call tacks etc they just know what the other is thinking and can go instantly, boat handling and setup is just a matter of practice built on the crewing relationship.
