I know nothing of photoshop but old school it would be a slow shutter speed combined with some smooth panning with the subject.

Actually the panning smoothly isn't too bad, compared to trying to hold it steady sometimes! And especially with a modern digital SLR in rapid fire mode you get plenty of shots at it.

Getting there, Just finished the varnishing. Local boat builder is now sorting out the sheeting systems for me. New hardwood blocks being fitted so i can properly lead the control lines to the thwart. Then the insides and centre board capping need tidying and cockpit floor need grip painting. Final expense maybe a new mast!
