Which is fine, you didnt put your name down on the entry list did you?  Besides this is about people gettign to meet each other, have fun, try each others boats and walk away with the feeling of having a great weekend and putting faces to names.  If its all about the racing then probably best you dont bother, especially if you hate it so much.  There are some pretty tasty prizes on the table as well !

Perhaps we could have 6 of the weekend's races in our own boats and count into the FOM results and 2 races (subject to wind strength etc) where people have the possibility to swap boats/classes with separate results for those 2 races?

Just an idea but I have to see if the club is happy to do the extra work in producing 3 sets of results and also if the idea appeals to everyone.
