Regrets, I’ve had a few
But then again too few to mention
I did what I had to do
And saw it through without exemption

I planned each charted course
Each careful step along the gangway
And more much more than this
I sailed it my  way!

Big smile

Sailing in the 5oh nats at Lyme in 2009 and blowing my left knee out

Actually, cancel that - it was a blast and I would not have missed it for the world, but I still regret that knee injury

oh and yeah, sailing an rs vision on the 17th November 2009 and not making sure the mainsheet couldn't jam.  Haven't sailed any thing at all for more than 15 minutes and in a very light wind since that date.
the same, but different...

Buying a 700 (unable to sail the thing, lack of time in boat)
Selling my Laser (cos it was fun in a blast off wind)
Not been able to convince OH to sail a yacht (yet)
Not sailing properly till I was 20, even though I had been on Kids sailing courses when at school

Ruscoe, no way would I want anyone killed.

One of my sailing regrets is that about five people I have known, like my father, were killed while sailing. I didn't express it very well in my first post.
