Question?

Are any of you at school? If yes you know what a gruiling regime you have. Maybe not you might not go to boarding school like I do? We are up at 7, brekfasting at 7:30, chapel at 8:15, Lessons at 8:55, Stand easy 10:45, Back to lessons 11:15, Mess 1:10 then games or lessons 2. That all finishes at 4:35 unless you sail and then its about 5. Can you see why i can't pile on the pounds???

I know a lot of people at your school helen and a few of them seem to be quite fine and porky lol!!  They must be doing something you're not

Don't know if it's been mentioned already but a healthy ballanced veggie diet is far more energy efficent than a omnivorous one

It sounds pretty unrealistic to me but I do agree with the second point.

Besides the fact 5 1/2 stone is an unhealthy weight for a 5ft 15 year old it is NOT near big enough for the smallest laser rig (4.7) at high level (allthough I know of people attempting it). I was in a very similar situation the other year at around 37kg, veggie and 4'11.5" and as a consequence of overreaching myself like that I now have a catalouge of injuries. I'm now 5'3" and 53kg and I struggle in the upper wind range in my radial allthough with a lot of practise (and an extra 3"/20kg) I'm fine in the 4.7 whatever the conditions.
