personaly i think this weeks prize for video of the week should go to my helm alex(bbsc faithfull). 

for his GCSE pe he decided to do sailing for the assesment so needed to video it.  the video was high amusing with a couple of ERRORS first he put the main sheet thought the rachet block after turning it round 4times    then when going down wind he stands on the main sheet and wonders why the main wont go out.   the wind wasnt great either with a narsty f1.  this is in a laser by the way

well at least we got some cool footage this sunday of us racing,  400's liked looking at our transom   maybe they should get used to it aye alex!!!  

Check out these vids they take a while to get with all of the buffering and all of that rubbis but there is some quality 49er footage on there nice pitchpole at the end
