Crikey, I hadn't noticed any slowness myself! I thought you were lamenting the lack of bells and whistles.
Do people really think the forum in particular is slower than other pages on the Y&Y website? |

It just doesn't work very well with Chrome, or I understand, Safari. Maybe it's a problem with the new new browsers, firefox and IE seem to work OK but not the latest browsers of choice. The forum SW is OK and works but we never accept just 'OK' do we!

We also don't want to accept 'OK', so are going to move forward with switching to the latest version. It is the new browsers that have the problems - some of them didn't exist when the version of the forum software we're using was written! |

I'm using it on Chrome unstable on Linux right now looks
OK to me. Speed is OK, there's quite bit to be rendered. |

I have to open up a new IE window just to post a picture
because Chrome just doesnt work with this forum. Its a tad annoying. Can the updated forum be chrome friendly please? |

Just for the record I'm using Safari and there aren't any issues. Living out in
the sticks with a rubbish internet connection is my reason for slow page opening |
