I have to say that at 15 years old, female and 5 foot, 5 1/2 stone sounds rather underweight. Maybe some professional advice is required?

Seabadgers mom,

I am not anorexic, eat plenty I just don't put on weight very easily. I do not need help from a doctor because I do not have a eating disorder, unless you count haveing a rather strange liking of cheese and cerial.

Rupert,

It is agaionst the law for me to drink beer. Anyway, I prefere bitter. I am only 15 so beer isn't really suitable, but thanks anyway.

5 1/2 stone for a 5 foot girl doesn't sound too unrealistic to me

Helz, i think you should accept that you're probably gonna be pretty small and light and get out of lasers and get something where you can have a big heavy crew doing all the hiking and sheeting etc....

Helz

You can type your height weight and age into a body mass index calculator on the web - you'd have to search for one for teenagers as the adult ones don't get low enough.

Glad you like cheese and cereal!

Wow that light ... What rig do you use on the Laser?

Definatley go see your doctor or a professional nutritionist. They will give you the best information on putting on weight, and how to do it safely. ( Beer + Kebabs? )

You need to see a nutritionist who really knows what he's talking about and take his advice.
I know that maximuscle progain is usually the answer to this situation but I'm really not sure whether it's suitable for a girl of your age.
