Bet that is why Spithill at al are very worried about their L foil failure; if that happened at 40 knts while flyig it would be very messy!

I've always fancied having a go at making one of those, there's a couple of beaches round here at Greatstone and Camber where they and kite buggies cause all sorts of mayhem with the local dog walkers..

In fact bugger it I think I might, how difficult could it be?

It's not that difficult to make what is known as a Mini Yacht, it's quite a bit more difficult to make a Class 5 mostly due to the wheel construction and even more difficult to make a Class 3 yacht due to the areo mast and the fact that they are massive.

Crazy stuff. 

But one of the guys (if not the one in the video) landed without a a parachute. Crazy. Into a load of cardboard boxes. Absolutely amazing.
