Bit risky getting that close in a tp52! Would like to know the story behind that

Ok so no doubt this has been on here before but I've only just found it... but what a great film.

Never has such dull sailing been so watch able. Great filming and well choreographed, if that's the right word Confused to a great sound track.

More please

Nice that. I might have to give that a go next time it's a light wind race. I reckon it would make you feel a tad sick on a windy day.

Haven't got a windy version of that viewpoint yet.. will have to give it a go, in the meantime tried some time-lapse last night during the evening race.. interesting outcome!

Awesome video from Y&Y's Tom Gruitt, made while he and Peter Barton tested the boat - The write up is in June Y&Y (out now).

Highly recommend going full screen, pause and allow to buffer before playing.
For those few who can't get Vimeo: YouTube version.

Posted elsewhere but IMHO this is a must see video!
I like to take pictures of sailing, but I'd rather be sailing!

Still playing with camera positions on the boat. Was getting a bit aggressive on the starts at the weekend. We were somewhat amazed not to be over on this one, hadn't managed to get a transit so it was rather speculative.

Also, the gap between the cherub and the other B14's tiller was, um, a bit tight. No contact, no shouting.
