Here's another from the Sussex coast 1950's. I haven't a clue what this is either. The sail logo, a winged horse with a fishes tail would suggest something like a Seahorse but I'm guessing.

LoL, oh yes.
This could have been a regatta at Bexhill SC. Many of the competitors may have sailed from Hastings or Pevensey.....no trolleys. The shingle in this part of the world is quite soft. What I can see of the hull looks like a Peggie, and I've seen blue jibs on them, so I think it must be the insignia which is different.
