Would building an outside ramp be an option, zig-zagging up like the road bridges??

Rutland has gone down both these routes - they have an internal lift and a zig zag ramp leading to the club room.  Essential given the amount of use the club enjoys by sailability.  Wheelchair users at Grafham on the other hand, including those winning prizes at events such as the Grafham Grand Prix, are totally unable to reach the changing rooms, toilets, upstairs bar where prize givings etc take place.  Shameful.
