Value for money?

   Do forumites beleive that they get value for money for their Club membership fees and what provisions by their clubs are most important to this end. My own expectations in order of priority are as follows:
1.   Regular racing with accurate and promptly produced results
2.   Secure boat storage.
3.   Changing facilities with showers that work!
4.   Organised social scene with bar open after sailing.
Am I expecting too much for £150 per year, (2 boat storage fees), bearing in mind we sail on the North Sea and all Club duties, - Rescue, Race Officer, Kitchen, Bar etc. are carried out by members
