Well done, and particular credit for not only doing it in an older boat, but also planning to show others how to prep an older boat to make it competitive.

No idea! it's 1144 and been around a lot. Ten years old and done 8 nationals. I gather it was in the first year or so of the new decks when they churned out quite a few boats. 

When we were buying we were set on the new deck style, as we thought it would better allow us to do run through / wire to wire manoeuvres, but Rory Hunter came 3rd in a 17 year old boat and plenty of people like the ergonomics of the old deck.
