I use the same gloves  summer and winter as sailing the Inter destroys most gloves - Magic Marine  something or other -  Ask Angus  at  Jonti.  Just get warm before you put your sailing kit on and stay warm if you can.

This may sound stupid but the secret to warm hands is warm arms. Make sure your body is warm enough and keep moving.  I had cold hands today until the race started and then eveything went toasty!

Otherwise the Rooster Winter gloves are well worth a look.

If you keep your hands moving, the less you feel the cold.

Plus, may sound silly, but I try and keep my hands as dry as possible for as long as I can, dont get so cold so quickly then.
