Three races B2B?

WTF are they trying to do?

Convince nobody ever to race again, glad I didn't enter and there was I thinking of weakening my resolve not to enter crap like that.

I did try and follow it on that lame tracker thing that the Safari browser doesn't like, Chrome doesn't do it much better, it's a good attempt at what could be a useful resource but like all things constructed by PC types, lame in the delivery.

Good turnout of Zeros and Aeros though, interesting an Aero 5 headed the board presumably some light hot kid?

GRF .... sounds like whinging (I spelt it wrong earlier) but hopes were no whinging on this thread just honest reports and hopefully a few funnies, like aero trying to call stb on a very big VX one .... don't do it son! .... what were you thinking LOL Wink looked like a busy place to me.

Great event and to echo James post, it was fun racing the aeros off scratch.  The boats are so evenly matched round the course it made for great racing.  Holman was on absolute fire!  The aero 5 looks like a fantastic boat for teenagers it ges very nicely when the breeze was up.  Some interesting rule observance at mark roundings, I decide not to pursue the protest.

Fair play to the committee boat guys, the wind was all over the place so setting a course must of been tricky.  Wind picked up for second and third race which made for some good fun.

Thanks all at oxford for a great event and thank you sailracer for tying the series together.  No idea where I finished.  Second zero for sure, don't mind being beaten by Dan.  I didn't even give hima race mind, much to good for me.

Looks like a tough day by looking at the results, nobody dominating 26pts for the winner.
Aero5 won two of the three races.

I don't think they are the results yet Alex.  There is a fair amount of average lapping and stuff to unwind.  I know from what I have seen they have my position wrong in the last race

On the sailracer live tracking thing Jon, they had you as 7th in the last.  It looks to me that they are not py corrected or average lap sorted. Think they were posted before the club had sorted the results as well?

Great to see everyone, first race and subsequent wait were minging but the other races were a laugh.
Pretty knackered a la peaky, largely a result of the cold.
B2b is the way Graeme esp in that weather. Just take provisions if necessary.
Plenty more PY banter to come I dare say look out.

Lots of cases of some guys in one class doing more laps than others due to spread! Don't envy sorting that out.

There was one Aero 5 exceptionally well sailed. I believe he is Tera champ. Looks a great boat if you're the right size for it.

Getting my excuses in: race 1 was pot luck (damn that Holman is lucky!). Race 2 went well for me until I cocked the fish up. Race 3?i was knackered and frozen!
