Should be as comfortable as a sofa - it's built the same way and looks remarkably like one! Wink Wink

and it comes in different colours to match your decor.  Sadly if you want the complimentary cushions then I"m going to have recommend upgrading to the OK or the Finn where a custom designed pad can accommodate even the most demanding of pussies.

If it's age and personal wear & tear that is your reason for changing, at my old club the Supernova was the boat of choice for people in your position.

They have a thriving fleet and all seem to love them.

What about a Blaze?  The racks are so wide that the extra you get from hiking is not so important.

Pretty stable for a s'hander, but usefully quicker than a Laser in most winds.

Just to be awkward, I'll suggest Vareo.
Depends what you want out of life.
The people who sail them seem to come ashore having enjoyed it.

Clearly a RS600 is the perfect choice.

I'd be careful before calling the Finn sailors PUSSIES .... have you seen the size of some of these Guys ..... having said that not even they are not brave enough to be sailing a pink boat Angry Tongue

Back to thread ......... K1 but you'll do your back in pulling up the slip instead

+1 for Supersofa (on reputation only as I've not sailed it yet). My retired Dad has one and loves it.

Solo sailors wanted them! .... But probably only if the could have carbon wing backs added and be upholstered in buttoned pink Dralon - the comittee couldn't get the Dralon in Pink and didn't know what carbon was .... so no pussy pads for Solos.

Think we should end it there and get back on thread - How about a Challenger?

One is hardly in a postion to call another boat a "sofa" when one sails a boat that is noted for having well stuffed upholstery adorning the decks... it would be like me (A b14 sailor) noting that something narrower is a "bit wide".
