I could be tempted, but I'm fat, unfit and out of practice.  My new old 2000 is still in somerset.  A lesson in how to sail it fast might be welcome if you don't mind occasional idiocy.

Well we have a developing situation with an unwell child and I'm looking crew less in the 2K at the mo. Can anyone out there step in if he worsens? We are proceeding with stage 1 of the weekend as planned, by travelling to my Dad's so happy to hear from anyone any time.

It cant quite make its mind up at the moment, which is probably because the first wave of the system is due through thursday night, and predicting accurately beyond that is tough

Looking at pressure maps its heading south so it just depends how quickly it moves, there is even meant to be a patch of nothing lying west of scotland over the weekend, which compared to the size of the system isn't actually that far away
