I've got some headcam footage taken the other week, what is the best way to upload it to facebook or youtube?

It's a 299MB .wmv file, do I need to resize it?

If so what's the best way to resize for free?

For youtube, it will fit on, but as long as its under 10 mins, if its over, you can use windows movie maker to cut it down.

Facebook is good for just showing your friends, everybody can see it on youtube

Yes! Yes! yes! Thats huge, put it into some half decent video editing
software movie maker will do, but its not fantastic, imovie on a mac, and
compress it to a more web friendly format, .wmv isnt universally compatible,
so mpeg compression is recommended, and then when you render it out do
it at a lower quality so that it will stream better over the web, plus be
smaller to upload, 299mb would take a few hours to upload probs!

From what I remember, K16 is a surfing wave in Tenerife, Canary Islands - a favourite of Sten's ?
