That's not an 'E Scow' it's a souped up Topper being sailed by a team of dwarfs - but then again, I might be wrong LOL

the big (A and E) Scows do look like a heck of a lot of fun. A real balace point between dinghy sailing and the team work of a big boat (the A's are, I believe, about 38ft). Notice that even when tacking, with a self tacking jib, all seven have something to to do.

No, we dont have any power lines .. We just have a single phone line between our clubhouse and the private boats boatpark.

Its a little annoying as its *just* the right height to steal a burgee if you cant get close enough to the end ( where its higher ) because of cars.

lift up one side of the trolley as you go under the line. worked for me when i towed a boat with the mast up as i couldnt be bothered taking it down. only 3 power lines though.

as for the national 12 video, very nice boats. look great fun and challenging whitout being difficult to master if your good. love the hull shape. reminds me of my lovely rs300
