I have also bought a longer mast, that fits nicely, if i can bend it enough to match the 49er luff curve!!!

Bought an od I14 mast, commonly referred to as the tree trunk! Think it has about the same length as the luff on the 9er main, but it's very stiff, so may be a challenge to pull 9er style bend into it. To be honest it may all end up in one big broken mess. So maybe i should just cut the top curved bit off. Is basically aimed at a bit of fun.
