Question?

does anybody know what the perfect diet for performance laser sailing? 15yr old, 5 1/2 stone laser sailor female and vegetarian.

   Yep, really tourtureous. What is worse is I now have double music and double biology. I also had to stare out of the window through double English and math. 
It is getting worse - the day is getting hotter and sunnyer and there is a really good breeze. 
We don't have pupils in the ict team, unfortunatly or i would b able to read my PMs

	ENOUGH! PLEASE! We've all been very patient. I have nothing per se against the empty babble of vacuous adolescents but there is a time and a place and this is NOT it. If you wish to discuss the rigours of double biology or whatever at least have the decency to do it in "banter". Or preferably somewhere else altogether. This is a SAILING forum.
