Sorry TT but I wouldn't know how to even approach making feather
toestraps....However, I have found a box at work full of some rather funky
coloured dacron offcuts Including bright pink. Naturally I played the 'finders
keepers' card and claimed them all for myself.
This boat could turn out to be more camp than pimp

As soon as I'm in possession of the new boat I'll be posting pics of the pimpness.  G.R.F, you're going to be posting a lot of yuk, gay and gimp comments when you see it.  I've just found some bright pink fibre laminate for a boom strangler (I think that's what it's called).  It's going to have bright pink toestraps and of course I'm ordering some of those pink blocks.  Hopefully when I turn up to the nationals, people will look at my boat and think to themselves......"What a T*SS*R!!"

Looking forward to seeing soem good looking boats at the Dinghy Show on Sunday and perhaps picking up a few pimp bits for my boat.
