There's another interesting question then. When is the start of a pursuit race? Your particular start therefore you can pump etc to get to the start line on time. Or. Prep signal for the first boat to start, therfore all boats are racing and rules apply, For example if I was taken out by a boat waiting to start after I'd started I'd expect them to retire but if they weren't racing then should they have to?
