I’ve collected my brand new F16 from John P at Stealth marine.

Sorry, no pictures as my PC is a little ill at the moment.

First impressions are:

1, The Carbon beams and mast look very cool

2, The platform feels VERY stiff but still light (have to wait till I get it measured to find out how light it is).

3, The mainsail looks fantastic.

4, The Spi looks very flat when set with a fairly soft luff and very full up front when tight luff, all sounds good for a light boat.

5, No idea what the Jib looks like as we’ve only just measured the gap – the jib will have Max luff length under the F16 rules.

6, Carbon mast spanner looks cool too

Sorry, there will be no “sailing” reports for a couple of weeks as I cannot sail it next weekend L

Genuine congrats Simon!

Now you REALLY ARE part of the 'circus' !

I'll be up at GWSC on 20/21 Jan in the role of 'Topper Dad' - any chance of a sail?  PLEASE!

Far too old to still be doing this......

Yes, remind me nearer the time and I'll confirm - will need to check if I am on-call or not.  (I should have the jib by then).

Ive seen T-foil rudders on a stealth at sheppey.  Are they worth it on a cat?  And do you think you might get them for yours?

I have them already, you just cannot see them.  Having sailed the test boat, I'm not sure I'd have a cat withouit them (this is of course before I have tried to launch thru' a big onshotre surf !!!
