Oh pur-lease, if you want a half sensible answer please try to use as many of the buttons on your presumably QWERTY compliant keyboard that you have presumably paid good money for as you can-the keys actually last for more than 20 presses and you tend to get a more sensible answer on this forum! (Otherwise suffer the wrath of BNS and TT at your peril!!!)

But as you've asked, MM is about the cheapest, however until they finalise the new rules we're all a bit in the dark.  Be careful of the RWO QRH hook however, I have now had TWO go wrong now and will not buy/recommend another...lean one way and it releases, lean the other way and it won't.

I'm not going quick release at all. I'm taking my life in my own hands here. I'd rather die in glory than have the quick release fail on me down a stonking reach!

I think that in most cases if you are going to get trapped, getting the trapeze ring off the hook is the least of your problem! Especially the design which has a little loop of string which you have to pull to release the hook. In a panic situation, finding that little loop is going to be an issue I feel.
