HELP

   i would like to get into the yachting side of life....... i am a dinghy and windsurf instructor and quite frankly had enough of it....... i have have sailed yachts occasionally through out my life and would like to properly get into it now. i have my day skipper and keelboat level 2 and would like to find a job for the summer on yachts maybe as deckhand.... can anyone tell me the qualifcations i need for this or put me in contact with anyone who will need someone in the summer for their yacht. any suggested charter companies
