it should be tapered too, insert 6 inches into the tail of the 6mm, and stitch it in there

Surely if this boat is supposed to be fully "pimped, then yur mainsheet should be spliced around that block?

And also your toe-strap ties should be spliced d-12?

Hope you used a hair dryer to apply those star studs, it was bloody cold as I
recall when you were fiddling about, they stick better warm and dry.

S2AS are good guys, bought my Bic Open through them.
