Dinghy training holiday

   We are looking for a holiday destination for dinghy sailing.
One of us has got a basic German dinghy training (maybe comparable to RYA level 2?) and would like to proceed to Laser standard and something like Laser 3000 while the other is sailing RS800 and just looking for some action on something bigger than the usual tiny lake :-)
Minorca Sailing seems to be the logical answer, but what are the maybe somewhat less expensive alternatives?

PS: Does anyone have a link to the sailing centre at Mar Menor many are talking of at hand?
