For anyone interested, I've chucked a slideshow of pics from the last Sydney Inters up on the website. There are some famous pics in there (and some of the UK boats). Watch the startline dvd again: there is a sequence in a swimming pool where they go over what is and is not legal.
I agree about the sailgroove video - definitely borderline rules-wise. I didn't think it was that helpful either really; there are definitely better coaching vids around. |
