Yep the beer monster was the guy that found a short cut on the way home - has gone down is fed week history, most people seem to have heard about it!
I'll be there, time off work is confirmed, campsite booked.......... Just trying to decide which boat to take, moth or 600!

yeh go for it! it works well! I tried it with my mates 4k

I was thinking about doing it in the 12footer, but apparently there are reaching legs, not just wward/lward. I don't fancy my chances of holding a 50sqm kite on a reach!

Having a 50m kite on a reach is the least of your worries, it will be the hundreds of boats beneath you stopping you from bearing away when a gust hits!  But thats the fun of it!!
