It's the Banter section, there's never been one.

If you want to display a picture, upload it somewhere else (like Photobucket or Flickr or your own webspace) and link it, using the [ IMG ] [ /IMG ] tags (without the spaces by the square brackets, obviously).

Alternatively, you can use the "Add image" icon (the little tree), and paste the address of your image into the field (make sure the address ends up with one  "http://" only when pasting, otherwise you get a dead link!)
