Just wondering dose any one know if hikers work and what exacaly do they do cause yester day i went sailing for 6 hours and know my muscles hurt so much even if i only bend down and dose any one have any advise on how to make they hurt less in the future thanks XxX

yeh u'll get used 2 it. wot method of hiking are u using? if ur back is bent then not gd, it huuurts...

I have heard that some sailmakers will make hikinh shorts to fit, might be worth asking your local sailmakers??

yea it might be worth having a look in to a pair of hikers and spend some more time in the gym!!! This could be opening up a big debate but dose anyone know any good hikers out there and any ones to stay away from. Thanks XxX

i don't know if they make them anymore but i can definatly say dont get busta hikers, they are rubbish!!! i tore mine up!!!!!

ok dont get the blue magic marine ones - they disintergrate... go 4 roosters or the gul ones but always go for under the knee ones and knee pads or if you get the abuv the nee ones buy knee pads too - ones with padded knees n a cut out back or with a back of a lighter (?) material...

 
Sailors don't get old!!! They get a little dinghy (or skiff, or yacht...)

dont get the rooster ones! they will fall apart, ive had mine 4 a year and the battens fall out of the pockets and the seams are fallin apart, the new magic marine ones with the adjustable battens are really good tho

my rooster ones are great ok so the tumble drier nearly tore them to shreds and theyre now held together by the pair of lycra shorts i wear over them but they work and theyre better than the gul ones
