It does seem that way doesnt it, perhaps it mite have something to do with the boats we sail, I find nothing suits a 29er in a breeze more than a bit of good (modern) punk, NFG, Goldfinger, Green Day or even some Less Than Jake ska.

Just to throw something else into the mix: coming home from sailing on a Wednesday night I've been listening to Bobby Friction and Nihal's Asian music show on Radio 1 and I'm seriously getting into Bangra and what they call 'grimey' asian drum and bass... nice.

Sorry, should I start a 'Best driving home from sailing, music' thread?

BOATS:

CHERUB- 'Life is a Rollercoaster' by Ronan Keating
OPTIMIST- 'Papa Dont' Preach' by Madonna
CADET- 'Brothers in Arms' by Dire Straits
TOPPER- 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life' by Eric Idle
OTHER TOPPER BOATS- 'Another One BYTES the Dust' by Queen
LASER- 'Something for the Pain' by Bon Jovi
LASER RADIAL/4.7- 'You Got em Rockin'' by The Rolling Stones
LASER 'MASTERS'- 'Never Gonna Give you up' by Jason Donovan
VORTEX- 'Spinning Around' by Kylie
SOLO- 'First of the Gang to Die' by Morrisey
CONTENDER- 'Left to my own devices' by Pet Shop Boys
FOILING MOTH- 'Pretty Fly (for a white guy)' by The Offspring
470- 'Fat Bottomed Girls' by Queen
RS200- 'Smack My Bitch Up' by The Prodigy
RS600- 'Sit Down' by James
RS600 with small rig- 'Yellow' by Coldplay
RS700- 'Can't Stop Now' by Keane
RS800- 'Ballroom Blitz' by The Sweet
RS VAREO- 'Married with Children' by Oasis
29er- 'Smells like Teen Spirit' by Nirvana
49er- 'Hangingaround' by Counting Crows
MUSTO SKIFF- 'No Regrets' by Robbie Williams
ULTRA 30- 'Wires' by Athlete
INT CANOE- 'Where's your head at' by Basment Jaxx
WANDERER- 'Daytripper' by The Beatles
WAYFARER- 'Comforably Numb' by Pink Floyd

no offence intended!

I don't think I've laughed so much at a post since Brian went all sulky. Mostly excellent - even the Contender. My faves are the Laser and RS600 with the girls rig.
