My tennants have decided paying the rent is optional.  I have decided them staying in my house is optional.  Can you advise the most satisfying way to ensure a swift eviction?

Move in another lodger.  An aged tramp who is happy to live in behind the skirting boards would be ideal.  His poor hygene and disgusting personal habbits will soon drive the non-payers away.  The old man will soon get bored of living in a house and take himself back on the road.

Think of the satisfaction you'll get from giving a homeless man a roof over his head for a few days.

Alternatively go round and batter them.

Even easier to solve your problem.  Tell your non-payers that they will have to share your house with some others.  Now we have the Olympics tell them it will be the Russian female shot put and hammer team , over hear to get aclimatised.  Watch 'em run.
