Agreed, the trick is to not put your foot all the way in so you can get your foot out if needed

footloops should be toe loops, not foot loops.
600 732, will call it Sticks and Stones when i get round to it.

Isn't that what 'veryslow' (vareo) sailors are ment to do... alot of sitting on the side happens at our club, Isn't that right Nigel  Or another favourite positions for this rare breed of sailor is to have a cup of tea in their grasp whatching the fun from ashore
