After the race today which was a slightly longer than normal pursuit race were the OD then set a shorter than normal course which meant I started the race already a lap down to half the fleet ( which on our tiny puddle you are stuffed ) the decision has been made .
The search for a mk2 Lightning 368 begins properly.  Smile. This could take a very long time ( as there were only about 23 made before it changed again) So the D-zero is not for sale just yet unless anyone wants to make me an offer. ( Made in 2019 and in good condition) .  Smile
So if any does hear a whisper of one for sale any info would be great fully received.

I did wonder when you would ‘ pop ‘ out of the woodwork like a bad penny  Wink. To mix up my metaphors. LOL.
And just for the record, this is not for general consumption at the club. 
Also for the record , 11 stone when I started this thread , 14’ 9 “ when re found this thread a few months ago, as I type this 14’ 3 . It’s amazing how being told you have a ‘ fatty ‘ liver concentrates the mind and increases self control.  Wink Tongue

Oh well thought I had found the Lighting 368  I was searching for . Set up a meet and a test sail. It was a little over priced but just what I was looking for . Then saw something strange in the pics and asked some more questions and because of this I have dropped out of bidding for it . It’s nothing serious, more cosmetic than anything else but not something I could live with especially if I am paying top dollar for it. History has taught me never to buy bikes or boats if I am not totally happy with the deal.  Smile It’s all fine,  my search continues .  Tongue
