Norwich has that in one or two places.. the most concentrated being particularly around the castle... and that road is only open to.... Buses and taxi's!!!
The other bad ones are also on major bus routes..

Not really a surprise, and at least they are doing something about the direct problem, slowly... Also as most bus routes are, by definition, the main commuter routes adding other diesel vehicles just adds to the problem. Now if public transport was not in private hands the council could easily deal with the problem caused  Censored

Walsall Council had a major trolley bus network upto early 70s,when west Midlands PTE was formed, they took over the network against the wishes of the council, closed it down immediately, replaced with diesel buses.

Bring your own flask. Twenty minutes to get a coffee. Don’t go to the coffee shop by the entrance, incompetent. Need a beer now

I thought it was quite busy today all things considered. There is much more space so less shoulder to shoulder action, so looks not so packed out. Having said that, I thought there were less stands, less CA’s present and even the trade stands were quite small. Just my thoughts. However, I saw the H2 stand quite often busy 😊 The venue needed more eateries (pasty stand and a sandwich stand was about it) and was very lacking in a beer and wine bar. It’s the first time at this venue and the first time after Covid so willing to be give it some leeway. Thought the venue much better than Ally Pally overall, if less atmospheric
