There are 9 male entrants !

Lots of ladies entered

Would have thought that a bit of Oman sun at this time of the year would have been welcome to the European/British sailors ?

	Would qualification be an issue? I thought you couldn't just rock up for a Laser worlds.

	Entry limited to fifty, no entrants from Australia, North America, New Zealand, hardly any Europeans, couple from UK and Ireland, can't find any ILCA talk about the event.

	I just saw a pic of one of the girls sailing and they had a composite mast from CST. I obviously am a bit behind the curve but its good to see that they have ditched the two part Al monstrosity, with the big kink at the join. Progress!
