Was a certain forum member ahead of the times with their design of hull shape?

Nope, there have been similar shapes around since at least the '90s, even in 40 footers.

How about a change for forum users to use their real names?. Perhaps posts like this could include those of us outside the inner circle of forum use?

Even their Forum name would help in this instance.

Looks like a hull that will work fine, once the foils have lifted it out of the water.

How iis it intended to work at low speed? Sailed heeled?

Sorry, thought it would be obvious that I was referring to iGRF. Most know his real name, but I don't like revealing other's real names on their behalf.

I know iGRF's real name, but can't see it in the link you have provided, but can vaguely remember his various design ideas over the years, perhaps a link to posts regarding this design.

I am clearly out of touch with the correct manners on a forum. We are talking about recreational sailing and the norm seems to be that those posting dont use their name and dont make it available to other forum members on their account.

Am I missing something important?

No Ian, my real name is Robert, not trying to be mysterious, I am Trebor on CVRDA, never used my real name on a forum, mainly because they have already been taken, even my full name of Robert Andrew Baker had been used on one.
Very difficult not to come across cliquey when you say something to a poster who you know in real life, or from sailing with them.
