It is this weekend ...

My money is on Saxton defending the title...

Lark's ... just 16 boats at their nationals ... how do they select which of the many classes get the golden ticket?

I dunno.. the ones that already sail the rock n rolla, did they win last year, tell me the weatherforcast and the crew weights at that skill level that's what it'll come down to. Windy the heavy ones, light = the light ones.

This is like what horse racing must be like and the 'going'

It is not by invite anymore the entry is open you just need to contact the club.

1st - Saxton
2nd - Stanley (Pushing Ben very closely!)
3rd - Craig

If it is light, Burge will throw a few good ones in.
If mozzy had his wife crewing then he would be pushing for top 3.
Ewan and Fin to be top youth team

Maria Stanley and Nick Craig beat Ben at the Inlands... although Ben didn't have Toby crewing.

I think it's a mix. We got an invite at the prize-giving of our nationals. I think that's because the RS class association pre-arranges it.

If other class associations haven't already contacted RCYC then I guess individual would have to ask for an invite.

Would be nice to see GP14, Ents, Scorps, Solos and Laser.

You have to pay your own entry fee and source your own boat.
RS will help find boats and provide all the sails for the event.
