Hadron H2

To be fair to the Hadron, the Aero and D-Zero do sleek, the Hadron H2 has a high enough freeboard to keep your bum out of the water and allows your legs to stretch out.  Boom is high enough not to bang your head, and I suspect that the rig could be quite sweet if you have worked out the settings, particularly of the adjustable forestay, more than my couple of hours on a windy day allowed me to do.

What I can attest to, is that she is a dream to sail downwind on a windy day, gybes were approached with trepidation, but completed easily.  I can also attest that she is easy to right after capsizing following a fluffed tack.

Keith has targeted the Hadron at a quite tight niche of I would suggest; technical more mature sailors who are looking for a comfortable, relatively dry and non headbanging single hander with a Merlin like experience upwind, with some boat bimbling potential, something that he has achieved.

It ain't the cheapest single hander around, and the only reason I have not parted with the cash is there are not nearly 6000 of them around offering class racing and trips to Garda ... however I would still seriously consider a Hadron H2 when I no longer can be bothered to attend championships.
