forget creches and restaurants, bars, wind surfers, kite boarders (worse than jetskis) kayaks or anything non sailing dinghy related, I just want a sailing club, with a simple cafe style galley and male and female changing rooms with showers, boat park etc, thats it.

Weird, and somewhat pointless? It weighs 85kg (which should seriously offend iGRF) and costs an eye watering €8k without a kite (inc VAT and a guess at carriage).

It's not even fast (they claim 20knots in 25knots of wind).
