Realyy good week of competitive racing at Copa del Rey. Going into the last day 4 boats from 4 different countries were at the top separated by only two points. Quantum from the US won the last race and 1st place for the regatta. They've got lots of videos and pictures on the 52superseries.com website. Really cool big boat stuff.

Cascais Cup is next regatta in the series. They race late in Sept. Does that mean strong winds that time of year? Copa del Rey Mapfre was pretty exciting, but lighter winds late in the week. Hoping for brisk breezes to stir up the results.

Announcement on the 52superseries.com website confirms LIVE broadcast streaming of Cascais Cup days Sept. 18, 19, 20. http://www.52superse...f-season-blast/Also says an app will be available. Haven't seen it in the Apple App Store yet. I'm sure they'll be archiving the broadcasts on the website.

The crew did a great job with the broadcast today. More polished commentary, more video from the water. Even a camera on a balloon over the race course! Nice on the water interview with Provezza skipper. 1300CEST start tomorrow. Last racing of the season for the 52Super Series.
