I've been 'lurking' on here for ages but I really have to answer this - the only possible comment is -
"you should have gone to SpecSavers". Wink

I guess I will just have to use my wine googles when sailing it then  Smile

The Aero just feels right - you should sail one before taking too much notice of the stuff on here!

I reckon that apart from the fact there are so many, the MGB is a genuinely very nice looking car. Used to be very apathetical towards the MGA but they have grown on me a lot.
Of course neither are a 1957 250 pontoon fender Testarossa. *Dan bites fist*

Aeronautic, I think that's a fair point and maybe something you should also of done before dismissing the other options.

Looks are subjective and the nice thing we all have nowadays is a choice! If we all liked the same things it would be a somewhat boring world.  Albeit we would have better fleet sailing!

There have been lots of boats come and go since I stopped sailing my Europe and moved across to the Laser Radial.  None have inspired me enough to change my Laser in the same way the Aero did when I lifted it up with my son and saw the quality of the boat up close.

The man on the RS stand could not have been more helpful, detailed and knowledgeable.  For me, there was no other option.

But you said yourself people should try one, yet you didn't try the other options...just saying.  Wish you luck with the aero.  I'm sure you will be really happy with it when it's delivered.  Like I said it's good to see people have more options nowadays.  There are so many dinghies out there but actually very few in that particular niche.

Go for it aeroNautic, our club have had both boats do a demo and I think there's 3 aero orders and 1 zero on order.
On the Aero test a lot were commenting that the 7 was as quick as the 9 if it didn't have enough muscle aboard ;-)

I actually said to sail the boat rather than listen to some of the rubbish you guys write on here about it.

Perhaps that should apply to the DZero too - as Frankie Valli says, 'too good to be true'  Smile
